My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic - Season 1 Episode 3 - The Ticket Master
Lesson:
If you have blessings to share, that is wonderful and you should share, but if there isn't enough to go around, it is better to just not have or not go at all rather than let your best friends down, or just learn to ask if there is a way all of you can go together.
SUMMARY:
The third episode of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is entitled 'The Ticket Master'.
In this episode Twilight Sparkle receives two tickets from Princess Celestia to attend the Grand Galloping Gala to be held in Canterlot. When Twilight's friends find out that she has an extra ticket they all fight over and try to flatter Twilight to giving one of them the ticket.

THE PONIES' AND THE TICKET
Applejack:
Twilight Sparkle and Applejack were apple picking when Twilight Sparkle received the tickets to the Grand Galloping Gala. Immediately Applejack was excited to go and sell food from the Apple family to save up money to fix up the old barn, Big McIntosh's old plow and even old Granny Smith.
Rainbow Dash:
After Applejack explained to Twilight how she would be delighted to get the extra ticket, Rainbow Dash fell from out of nowhere on top of the two. Explaining how she was having a nap, she told Twilight why she absolutely needed the ticket which was because her dream of showing the Wonderbolts her moves and becoming part of their team would come true at the Grand Galloping Gala.
Pinkie Pie:
When the tickets fluttered in Pinkie Pie's face, she screams "Bats! Bat's on my face! Ahh bats!" but then realizes when she opens up her eyes that they were actually tickets to the Grand Galloping Gala. She then started singing a song of how she belonged at the Gala since it was one of the biggest parties ever.
Rarity:
When Rarity found out about the tickets, she instantly went to daydream-land where she explained how honored she would be to go to the Grand Galloping Gala where she will find her true love, Prince Blueblood and they would h dance and get married then live happily ever after.
Fluttershy:
Typical Fluttershy, she is shy at first but her bunny friend, Angel helps tell Twilight Sparkle and Spike that she would love to go to the Grand Galloping Gala as well for the reason of the exquisite flora and fauna that is located at Canterlot and will be found at the Gala.
DECISIONS, DECISIONS
As the day continued on, Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, and Fluttershy tried to bribe Twilight Sparkle into giving them the extra ticket to the Gala. Twilight just couldn't decide and all the favors the ponies were doing made her decision harder. Eventually all the ponies of Ponyville found out about the extra ticket which made Twilight have to hide in the Library. At her surprise she found out that her friends were eagerly waiting for her there.
Twilight couldn't handle all the pressure and ended up deciding to send Princess Celestia a Friendship Report that she would rather not go to the Grand Galloping Gala than leave any of her friends behind. Hastily Princess Celestia replied with more tickets saying that Twilight should have just asked. In the end every pony and even Spike, who hid his excitement, was happy to be able to attend the Grand Galloping Gala.
